  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

  • Basting brush
  • Small bowl for BBQ Sauce

Prepare the Spare Ribs:

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Rinse the short ribs off with cold water
  • Sprinkle salt lightly all over all sides of each rib
  • Place 4 ribs on the NuWave metal stand, spaced evenly

Cook your spare ribs in the NuWave:

Total Cook time: 37-40 Minutes

  • Cook for 15 minutes
